About Women in Tech Schools Edition
A practical bridge between classrooms and the people shaping technology
The Women in Tech Series is a Future Tech Pathways programme that connects schools with women working across technology. Through online assemblies, hands-on workshops, career encounters and teacher CPD, the programme helps girls and young women explore AI, cybersecurity, data, design, engineering and entrepreneurship.
Part of something bigger
How it connects to the broader Women in Tech event in London
Women in Tech Schools Edition runs alongside the wider Women in Tech Week taking place in London. While the main event brings together industry leaders, professionals and organisations, the Schools Edition brings the conversation into classrooms — making the ideas, people and pathways accessible to younger audiences.
Schools taking part in Women in Tech Schools Edition are connected to the same themes, speakers and energy as the main event, but through age-appropriate, education-focused experiences designed for pupils, teachers and school communities.
