Who we are

Future Tech Pathways is a schools programme delivered in affiliation with Women in Tech Week (12–16 October 2026). We have been selected as an organisation to host events alongside Women in Tech Week.

What we collect and why

When you register your school's interest or make a sponsorship enquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, role, email, organisation and the events or partnership options you're interested in. We use this to respond to your enquiry, share programme updates about the sessions you selected, and plan delivery.

We do not collect pupil-level personal information through this website. Please do not include pupils' names, medical information or other sensitive details in any free-text field.

Marketing consent

Programme updates about the events you selected are separate from marketing. The optional marketing consent box lets you choose to receive occasional updates beyond this programme. You can withdraw consent at any time.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deliver the programme and respond to your interest, in line with our retention approach. [Retention period to be confirmed.]

Who we share it with

Your information is shared only with the delivery partners and team members who need it to run the programme. We do not sell your data, and sponsorship does not buy access to pupil data.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us using the details below.
